Conferencing

Craigmoor Pavilion is an inspiring and creative place to meet, collaborate, brainstorm, work, eat, and drink.

With rustic and versatile facilities, catering for 20 to 300 people, the possibilities for you as a conference or event planner, are endless. 
 
Our experienced team can help you choose the right format for your needs. With options ranging from breakfast meetings, evening functions through to multi-day conferences.  Craigmoor is a perfect venue for many business events and we are known for our uniqueness and flexibility.
 
Craigmoor Pavilion features 2 versatile and multi-use conference & event rooms that will be the perfect venue for you. From a small 20 person lunch to 300 person concert, our event spaces are known for their size and unique flexibility.

MAIN DINING ROOM  - conference space for up to 100 people on large round tables with a small stage area.
 
LOWER BAR AREA - more intimate space suitable for up to 30 and can have round or rectangular tables.
 
BARREL HALL - largest and most versitile area, walls lined with barrels and area can be themed or arranged to suit, with the option of hiring in any configuration of seating up to 250 people.

DAY DELEGATE PACKAGES from $68 pp
(minimum of 20 delegates)
 
Full Day $85 per person: Room Hire available from 8am to 5pm
Half Day $68 per person:  Room Hire available either 8am to 1pm or 12 noon to 5pm
 
Inclusions:
Complimentary Parking
Arrival tea and coffee with fresh baked goods
Still and sparkiling water throughout the day
Lunch
Morning and/or afternoon tea
Lectern and flip board
Notepads, pens and mints
Wi-fi
Event Management and liaison as required
 

The Catering options at Craigmoor Pavilion reflect our belief in the ideal way to share food with people. 
We have two lunch options for Day delegates:-
 
Buffet grazing stations:
A sumptuous buffet of salads, meats and roasted seasonal vegetables with a selection of desserts.
 
Antipasto platters:
A delicious selection of breads, meats, antipasto, salads, cheese and a mixed platter of sweet treats.
 
We are happy to tailor the day and the menus as required and will always work with clients to achieve the right look and feel for the day. 
 
 
We are able to advise, arrange and host breakout options or delegate activities:
Wine tours and tasting
Vineyard tours
Cooking classes
Cheese tasting
 
 
20% deposit confirms booking (non-refundable within 4 weeks, 50% within 8 weeks, all at our discretion).
 
Final numbers, dietary requirements and full payment to be made seven days prior.
Numbers can be adjusted after this time, but no refunds on any deduction in numbers.
 
You are welcome to organise additional venue dressing or specific equipment hire which will need to
be pre-arranged.
